‘Real Housewives of Miami’ Lea Black Relists Star Island Home For $37.5 Million

Lea Black and her husband, Roy Black, are once again putting one of their properties on the market. The former “Real Housewives of Miami” star and her powerful attorney husband have listed their waterfront mansion on Florida’s famous Star Island for a whopping $37.5 million.

The 46,429-square-foot property is currently the only house for sale on Star Island and boasts 190 feet of waterfront, a full dock, a 9-bedroom main home, and a 3-bedroom guest house. The exclusive, guard-gated Miami Beach island is known for its luxury real estate and celebrity residents, including Diddy, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Shaquille O’Neal, and Rick Ross.

Lea and Roy have spared no expense in decking out their mansion. The property features a newly renovated pool, a movie theater with seating for 10, a children’s playground with a pirate ship treehouse, and state-of-the-art Viking and Sub-Zero appliances.

This isn’t the first time the Blacks have listed their Star Island property. They initially put it up for sale in June 2021 for $34 million but took it off the market a few months later as they considered keeping a second home in Miami. Now, they have decided to give selling another shot.

The potential buyers of the Blacks’ mansion will be in good company with their famous neighbors on Star Island. The island is also home to other high-profile celebrities and billionaires, including hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin and billionaire Phil Frost.

Recent sales on Star Island have ranged from $38 million to $85 million, with a $100 million mansion currently under construction next door to Lea and Roy’s property.

Although they are selling their Star Island mansion, Lea and Roy are not saying goodbye to Miami. They still have another home in the city, as well as properties in the Florida Keys, California, and Texas.

The listing for the Blacks’ mansion is being handled by Saddy Delgado of One Sotheby’s International Realty, along with Elena and Stefano Iturriaga.
